To graph Bode Plots – both Magnitude and Phase – using the Ti-Nspire CX CAS you can now use the Electrical Engineering Made Easy app at https://www.tinspireapps.com/?a=ELEME or the Roots Locus Made Easy at https://www.tinspireapps.com/?a=RLME
Just go to EXTRAS in the menu and select BODE PLOT.
You enter the transfer function and the step size and the Bode Plot will show automatically in the next tab.
Below see examples of how to plot Bode Phase Plots. Note that axes can be modified to produce desired plots.
